Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment. Please note that once the tracking number is provided, it may take 24 to 48 business hours for tracking updates to appear. The estimated delivery time begins once the package has been shipped.
Once your order is in the hands of the shipping carrier, all tracking updates are the responsibility of the postal service, and we have no control over their updates or delivery schedule.
